Kuching 4 days 3 nights trip: Day 1

Day 1: 13 March 2014

Around 7am reach Penang International Airport, Air Asia flight from Penang to Kuching

Around 9:15am reach Kuching Sarawak International Airport

Immigration Passed: Malaysian from West Malaysia only allowed staying not more than 60 days in Sarawak.  

The hotel shutter van picks us at gate 2. We wait other guess for 15 minutes and reach hotel lobby around 9:50am. 

 

 Having breakfast at nearest “Kopitiam” with unexpected delicious and reasonable price!!!

Kolo mee Sarawak and popiah Sarawak

 

 360 Xpress City Center (Wisma Phoenix, Jalan Song Thian Cheok, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia)

Check in hotel at 11am, Family Deluxe Room with only RM133 per night for 2 queen bad and large room. 

Cultural Village house

Using hotel daily trip agent- RM24 (both way per person) 45 minutes

Students: RM15 (Showed student cards, matric card)

Old folk citizen: RM30 (IC)

Adult: RM60

 

12:15pm agent picks us from hotel. Around 1pm we reach cultural village.

 

 We are using 3 hours to walk around cultural village and watch their performance start from 4pm until 5pm.

 There are different kinds of foods and souvenirs sold for visitors.

 5:15pm agent picks us from cultural village and drops us at Kuching town.

 

6pm we choose to walking around Hills Shopping Centre (near hotel shopping mall) and having dinner there. 

End of first day Kuching journey.
